Cancellation and Refund Policy
Paid plans (Standard, Pro, and Enterprise) are subscriptions billed in advance for each monthly or annual billing period. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
What happens when you cancel
- No further charges are made after you cancel.
- Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. The workspace shows the date your paid access ends.
- When that period ends, your organization moves to the Free plan automatically. Your users, contacts, and CRM connections are kept, and Free plan limits apply from then on.
- You can subscribe again at any time.
Refunds
Charges for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, in full or in part, including when you cancel partway through a monthly or annual period. We do not give prorated credits for unused time.
We will refund a charge in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
- You were charged for a renewal after your cancellation had taken effect.
- A charge was made in error by us or our payment provider.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show the refund.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails and is not completed, the paid plan is not renewed and your organization moves to the Free plan. You can retry the payment from the workspace to restore the paid plan.
How to cancel or request a refund
An Organization Admin can cancel from the Package state panel in the workspace by choosing Cancel subscription. Before you confirm, it shows the date your paid plan ends. You can also cancel by emailing support@1cloudcrm.com from the account email, with the organization name. For a refund request, include the payment date and amount, or the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.
