Documentation

Connect contact intelligence to 1CloudAI CRM.

1CloudAI Business Contacts helps teams search governed business contacts, stage imports, manage tenant usage, and connect approved leads to their own 1CloudAI CRM Location/Sub-Account.

Search contacts

Use contact search to find business contacts by country, category, segment, type, and Merchant Category Code. Package limits control daily tenant queries and contacts returned per search.

Set up CRM API access

An Organization Admin saves a tenant Location ID and Private Integration API key in CRM Settings so Business Contacts can stage CRM imports and push approved contacts for that tenant.

Stage imports

Manual entries, CSV uploads, API imports, and CRM pull jobs are staged for review before they can affect the shared contact corpus.

Control access

Tenant roles, system roles, and scoped API keys keep workspace, import, billing, and CRM actions separated by responsibility.

Quick start

  1. Sign in.Use the workspace login and make sure your user is linked to the correct tenant organization.
  2. Review package state.Confirm the tenant package is active so search, import, and API usage limits are clear.
  3. Connect 1CloudAI CRM.Open CRM Settings, then use the Setup API guide below to save the tenant Location ID and Private Integration API key.
  4. Search and push contacts to 1CloudAI CRM.Use filters to find records, select matching contacts, and push them directly to the connected CRM location.
  5. Review the push preview.Choose Push Fresh Contacts to skip previously pushed records or Push All to update them again.

Setup API

Use a tenant Location ID and Private Integration API key to connect 1CloudAI CRM in this workspace. The tenant Organization Admin creates the key inside 1CloudAI CRM and saves it in Business Contacts together with the tenant Location ID.

Who can do this? Only the tenant Organization Admin can save or replace the Private Integration API key in Business Contacts.

Access rights needed in 1CloudAI CRM

  • Account Admin access in the tenant 1CloudAI CRM sub-account
  • Private Integrations permission enabled under Settings > My Staff > Roles & Permissions

Additional scopes for CRM push tags

If you want the `Push to CRM` confirmation modal to load existing CRM tags and allow new tag creation, enable these additional scopes too:

  • locations/tags.readonly
  • locations/tags.write

Steps

  1. Open the tenant 1CloudAI CRM sub-account and go to Settings > Private Integrations.
  2. Create a new Private Integration for 1CloudAI Business Contacts.
