This Privacy Policy explains how 1CloudAI Business Contacts handles information when users access the workspace, search business contact records, manage tenant settings, or connect a tenant to 1CloudAI CRM.

Information we process

  • Account and workspace details such as name, email address, tenant organization, role, and login status.
  • Tenant activity such as saved contacts, contact corrections, import jobs, CRM sync jobs, and API usage.
  • Business contact data selected, imported, staged, reviewed, or synchronized by authorized users.
  • Technical data such as request timestamps, status codes, and redacted operational logs.
  • Billing status and package information needed to enforce tenant limits and checkout workflows.

How we use information

We use information to provide the contact search workspace, enforce tenant permissions and package limits, process imports, support CRM authorization, prevent duplicate CRM pushes, maintain auditability, troubleshoot errors, and improve product reliability.

1CloudAI CRM connection data

When an Organization Admin connects 1CloudAI CRM, the app requests only the minimum contact and location scopes needed for the integration. OAuth tokens and integration credentials are treated as sensitive server-side credentials and must not be exposed in browser responses, screenshots, logs, prompts, or public documents.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to run the service, including hosting, authentication, database, payment, support, and 1CloudAI CRM integration providers. We do not sell tenant contact data.

Retention and security

Tenant records, audit events, imports, and CRM sync metadata are retained while needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve customer history. Security controls include role-based access, scoped API keys, secret redaction, and managed storage for sensitive credentials.

Your choices

Authorized tenant admins can manage workspace users, disconnect CRM integrations, and request help reviewing or correcting account information. Contact support if you need access, correction, deletion, export, or account assistance.
